Customers book without installing an app.

About the name
The name is Malay: “sini” means “here” and a “slot” is a booking time slot, so SiniSlot means “book your slot here”.
Other websites and social accounts use a similar name. SiniSlot Booking’s only website is sinislotbooking.com (it used to be sinislot.shop), and its only official accounts are listed below.

How money moves
When a business turns on online payment, the customer pays the full price through Billplz into SiniSlot’s collection account. SiniSlot collects it on the business’s behalf and, once the payment is verified, pays it out to the bank account the business has confirmed. SiniSlot records the payment state so the booking can be confirmed, refunded, or reconciled.

- 03If the business takes online payment, the customer pays the full price with FPX online banking.
- 04SiniSlot waits for Billplz to confirm the payment before the slot is treated as confirmed, then pays the business out to its bank account.

- 06A booking receipt is not an LHDN E-Invoice. E-Invoice submission is a separate step the business controls.
Who is responsible for what
Booking software sits between a customer, a business, a payment processor, and a tax authority. These boundaries decide who a customer should contact, and who carries a statutory duty.
SiniSlot
Provides the software: availability rules, booking records, customer forms, WhatsApp and web booking journeys, staff access, reminders, analytics, payment orchestration, and E-Invoice tooling.
Does not deliver the booked service and does not set prices or refund policy. When a business turns on online payment, SiniSlot collects the payment through Billplz on the business’s behalf and pays it out to the business’s bank account.
The business (account owner)
Controls its services, prices, availability, whether customers pay online, cancellation policy, staff permissions, refunds, its payout bank account, and the actual service delivered to the customer. It is the merchant in the customer relationship.
Is not required to use online payments; booking works without them.
Billplz
Processes FPX online banking payments into SiniSlot’s collection account and carries out the bank transfers SiniSlot uses to pay each business out and to send refunds.
Payments made earlier through a business’s own connected Stripe account remain with Stripe, including their refunds and disputes.
LHDN / MyInvois
Operates Malaysia’s e-invoicing system. The business is the taxpayer and remains responsible for the accuracy and submission of its own invoices.
SiniSlot provides tooling to support submission workflows; it is not a tax adviser and does not assume the business’s statutory duties.

Try it before signing up
The sandbox opens a temporary account with sample bookings so you can use the real dashboard and the WhatsApp booking journey without registering. It is deleted when you leave.
